Turbomeca Africa is a dedicated and serious contributor to technical excellence in aviation and plays a crucial role in the success of aircraft and helicopter operators, be it engine manufactures, air forces, or private owners of aircraft. Operational activities are regulated by multiple standards/certifications such as EASA 145, the South African Civil Aviation Authority, ISO 9001, etc. as well as governance by the OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer).

Training objectives are achieved through the management and enhancing of employee’s skills and competence in accordance with operational, industrial and quality requirements and identifying the aspirations of the employees in terms of career development in relation to the company objectives.

The company provide bursaries, scholarships, apprenticeships, learner ships as well as contributing to the development of maths and science at tertiary level, focusing on previously disadvantaged individuals, creating opportunities of growth and development.
